I. Pathogen Nucleic Acid Detection: Doubling the Efficiency of PCR System Construction

Core pain point: traditional manual operation construction is easy to add wrongly and omit to add, which affects the rapid screening of African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease and so on.

1. Configure premix, primer and H2O into an empty 2ml centrifuge tube and mix well.

2. Transfer the configured solution from the centrifuge tube to the 96-well PCR plate in one go, and add samples to each well.

3. Transfer the standards 1-8 in 8 consecutive tubes to the PCR plate, and transfer them to columns 1-3.

4. Transfer samples 1-8 from the 8-connected tubes to columns 4-6.

5... Transfer samples 9-16 from 8-container tubes to columns 7-9.

6. Transfer samples 17-24 from 8-container tubes to columns 10-12.
