Multi-point accuracy verification was performed on all pipetting channels of the equipment across the volume range of 1μL to 1 mL.
High-Throughput Operational Reliability Inspection
The repeat positioning consistency of the robotic arm was evaluated, and the operational stability of the guide rail and drive system was inspected.
Scenario-Based Adaptation and Optimization
In view of the characteristics of grain and oil samples (e.g., oil viscosity, powder samples, etc.), the liquid aspiration and cleaning procedures were optimized and debugged.
